Walk to Defeat ALS

We are privileged to be supporting a resident at Arthur’s Senior Care who is living with ALS.  Lisa has been so grateful to the ALS Foundation for all their support in keeping her as independent as possible for as long as possible.  They have provided lots of technology and support and continue to do so as her journey progresses.  Click on the short video she made about the walk! If you are not familiar with ALS, their website says “ALS takes away the ability to walk, talk, eat, and eventually breathe — but it can never take away courage or hope. Until there is a cure, people living with ALS and their loved ones deserve every possible resource, every moment of support, and every opportunity to live with dignity.

We strengthen independence and mobility, which helps people live better.
