Direct Care Professional (DCP)

DCPs are responsible for meeting the emotional, physical, & medical needs of our clients. The job involves working with seniors, passing medications, and handling medical equipment. DCPs provide dignified care in latter stages of life including hospice, end of life comfort and support.

Wages (Effective 4.24.22):

Full-time Direct Care Professional (38-40 hours/week)

*Weekday (Day/Eve) $18.50/hr

*Weekday (Awake Night) $20.50/hr

*Weekend (Day/Eve) $20.50/hr

*Weekend (Awake Night) $22.50/hr

*Weekday (Day/Eve) $16.50/hr

*Weekday (Awake Night) $18.50/hr

*Weekend (Day/Eve) $18.50/hr

Housing Manager

Housing Managers oversee resident care and staffing, as well as manage and maintain all aspects of the home. Their work requires strong leadership, administrative work, as well as direct care and advocacy for our residents. It is a full-time, salaried position which includes a rent-free apartment, full benefits, and retirement plan.›

Salary:

$40,500/year

$42,500/year after 2 years

Longevity Bonus::

After 2 years: $10,000
After the 3rd year: $ 2,500
After the 4th year: $10,000
After the 5th year: $ 2,500
After the 6th year: $10,000

*This pattern of $10,000 on even years and $2,500 on odd years will continue as you continue in the position.
